How do I book Sunrise?
Send your event details by submitting the quote form. Our team will reach out to discuss availability, menu, and pricing with you. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Where do you cater coffee to?
We're based in Katy, Texas and travel throughout the greater Houston area. Travel beyond a 30-mile radius from our home base may include a small travel fee, which we'll quote upfront with no surprises.
What is included in your coffee catering packages?
Each package comes with the following for an event, with a 2–3 hour minimum depending on party size:
- Full espresso bar: espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white
- Oat and whole milk options to accommodate different preferences
- Hot and iced drinks available
- Choice of specialty drinks custom to your event
- Homemade syrups — choose from our menu or request a custom flavor
- All setup and breakdown costs included.
Can your coffee cart handle large corporate events?
Absolutely. We scale up with additional baristas and equipment for larger guest counts. For events over 150 guests or extended event days, just share your numbers when you inquire and we'll right-size the setup.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks ahead for weekend events. We do accommodate last-minute and same-week bookings whenever possible — just inquire and we'll let you know if your date is open.
